1. Overview

IPTV Subscription ("we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures for reporting copyright infringement and our response process.

2. Our Role

IPTV Subscription provides a digital software platform and subscription management service. We do not host, store, or transmit any audio-visual content directly. Our service facilitates access to third-party content providers. We act as an intermediary service provider and are committed to responding to valid DMCA takedown notices.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content accessible through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate the material.
  • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

6. Contact

All DMCA-related communications should be sent to our designated copyright agent via the contact methods listed on our website. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.
